JUMP! into ACL PREVENTION

ACL injury prevention. Don’t spend your season on the sidelines. This isn’t just another plyometric training program. We use jumping drills to teach the athlete to preposition the entire body safely when jumping and landing. This specific program is designed to give you the perfect progression designed got re-training from simple jumping drills to multi-directional, single foot hops and plyometric with emphasis on quick turnover.

Slow feet don’t eat! Get fast with Juke! This program focuses on an individuals quickness, coordination, proprioception and all things that promote speed. Current athlete or not, if you’re looking for speed, this program is for you.
