Jordan Harrison, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist | Facility Manager

Jordan attended UCSF/SFSU for Physical Theraypy school, and graduated with her doctorate in May 2016. She strived to become a physical therapist since her junior year of high school, when she had her own injury while running and discovered she greatly enjoyed the atmosphere of being in the Physical Therapy clinic. This blossomed throughout undergraduated and graduate school and into a passion for and desire to focus her career on treating the neurological population. Within that realm she is experience most in treating patients with vestibular disorders, Parkinson’s, and those who are post-stroke.

Allison Kemsley, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist | Shift Lead

Allison received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Chapman University in May 2013 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Mount St. Mary’s University in 2017. She then went on to complete an Orthopedic Residency program at Healthcare Partners Physical Therapy in 2018.

 

Growing up as a high-level competitive gymnast in the tri-valley area, Allison developed an early interest in body movements and physical therapy. She recently returned home to the tri-valley to continue her love for physical therapy and helping others achieve their functional goals. Allison is looking forward to developing an injury screen program for gymnasts.

 

In her spare time, she loves to hike, camp and go wine tasting with her husband, Chris, and dog, Kona.

Lee Chisholm, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Lee received his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from San Francisco State University in January of 2015 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of the Pacific in 2018. Lee’s passion for physical therapy began as an athlete and has only grown stronger as he has gained more experience in the field.

Being a baseball player, he completed an internship with the San Francisco Giants. These experiences have provided him with a strong interest in the shoulder joint and working with overhead athletes.

In his free time, he loves to play recreational sports, camp, fish and take his dog on every adventure possible.

Jin ``Anna`` Kim, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Anna has been a resident of Union City since 2012, though she is originally from Southern California. Anna received her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology at Westmont College in 2011 and went on to obtain her Physical Therapist Assistant License in 2017. Anna has been a PTA at Spine and Sports Physical Therapy since 2017. Anna is driven by active, healthy lifestyle and is passionate about helping others regain their function. She loves to watch Pixar movies in spare time and loves coffee and chocolate.

Lisa Sifuentes

Patient Care Coordinator

Lisa is a life long resident of the Central Valley, where she was born and raised. She has previous experience in working in customer relations and bookkeeping before taking time to raise her family. She now enjoys spending as much time as she can with her husband and grown children and two young grandchildren. Lisa loves to bake and decorate cakes and spend time with her three dogs when she is not with her family.

Ana De Alba

Patient Care Coordinator

Ana has been a resident of the bay area for 5 years. She enjoys spending her off time with her young daughter and her 2 year old Pit Bull. She sometimes will make an attempt at baking but loves to cook. She likes to spend her spare time outside, when the weather allows it, or keeping up on the current Netflix shows. Ana is also fluent in Spanish.

Tiffany Szeto

Physical Therapy Technician

Tiffany was born in Stockton and moved to Manteca in middle school. She has received her Bachelor of Science from UC Davis. She currently works 3 jobs, including a Certified EMT and a waitress. Her dream career is to become a Physical Therapist. Tiffany is an active gym goer and considers it a hobby. She also plays the ukulele, and puns are funnier than they should be.

 

Thien Pham

Physical Therapy Technician

Thien graduated from San Francisco State University with a B.S. degree in Kinesiology: Neuromuscular Science, Thien has an affinity for giving back to the community and making an everlasting impact by helping patients build back up on their feet so they can continue to enjoy doing the meaningful things in life. As a high school wrestling assistant coach, he has passion for teaching great sportsmanship and technique, along with maximizing the physical, personal, and psychological development of each individual. Having prior experience as an aide, Thien enjoys educating our patients on using proper body mechanics to restore and maintain function,
