Kevin is the owner of Spine and Sports Physical Therapy and currently treats in Dublin and Concord. He enjoys treating all types of injuries and incorporates his manual treatment techniques with his functional exercise knowledge to provide an eclectic approach to his patients.
He received his B.S. in Environmental Science and Biology at De Paul University in Chicago, IL. He then pursued his passion for Physical Therapy at Nova Southeastern in Fort Lauderdale, FL. where he earned his Masters in Physical Therapy.
Among being a skilled Physical Therapist, Kevin is SFMA certified, Graston certified, and is well versed in Myofascial Decompression and spinal manipulation.
Angela Traverso, PT, DPT, OCS
Angela grew up in the East Bay where she played soccer, baseball, and softball from a very young age. Her love for sports and the medical field are what initially drew her to physical therapy. She attended San Diego State University to find her love for patient care, surfing, Mexican food and yoga. After completing her Kinesiology degree with an emphasis in Physical Therapy, she went to Los Angeles to get her Doctorate degree at Mount Saint Mary’s University. After graduating in 2012 she began working in orthopedics with young athletes, weekend warriors, and geriatrics. She also continues to play soccer and practice yoga in her free time.
Michael Kyle, PTA, CLT
Physical Therapist Assistant | Certified Lymphedema Therapist
Mike has been with Spine and Sports Physical Therapy since 2013, and is a former electrical engineer and Ironman triathlete who realized his passion for physical therapy after working as a triathlon coach and observing the many injuries that athletes often face. Mike received his PTA degree from Carrington College in 2012, and his lymphedema certification in 2017. From post-surgical to chronic pain to lymphatic issues, Mike enjoys working with patients with a wide array of diagnoses. Mike is very passionate about serving patients and providing the highest level of care possible.
Physical Therapy Technician
Krystal has been a Physical Therapy Technician with Spine and Sports Physical Therapy since 2016. She assists the front office as needed in daily tasks such as answering phones and scheduling patients. Krystal’s goal is to become a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant and has been working diligently to become her best and attend either one of her Physical Therapy or Physical Therapy Assistant schools of choice.
