Kristin Waderich, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Kristin received her Bachelor of science degree  in Health Education from San Francisco State University in 2013 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at California State University, Northridge in 2017. Her clinical experiences has exposed her to a wide variety of treatment settings including inpatient adult and pediatrics, outpatient orthopedics and wound care, and the neonatal intensive care unit. Overall, her most rewarding experience has been working with Health Volunteers Overseas and providing physical therapy services to under-served populations in Eastern Africa. She enjoys working with people from all different backgrounds and returning them to their best level of function.

Jin ``Anna`` Kim, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Anna has been a resident of Union City since 2012, though she is originally from Southern California. Anna received her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology at Westmont College in 2011 and went on to obtain her Physical Therapist Assistant License in 2017. Anna has been a PTA at Spine and Sports Physical Therapy since 2017. Anna is driven by active, healthy lifestyle and is passionate about helping others regain their function. She loves to watch Pixar movies in spare time and loves coffee and chocolate.

Ana De Alba

Patient Care Coordinator

Ana has been a resident of the bay area for 5 years. She enjoys spending her off time with her young daughter and her 2 year old Pit Bull. She sometimes will make an attempt at baking but loves to cook. She likes to spend her spare time outside, when the weather allows it, or keeping up on the current Netflix shows. Ana is also fluent in Spanish.

Chris is a true competitor and has been involved in sports since his early childhood. The world of sport is Chris’ true passion for fitness. Having completed his B.S. in Kinesiology at Sacramento State, Chris enjoys learning new modalities and techniques to help both him and his clientele get better in any given way. From strength training to speed and agility, he is constantly perfecting his craft to create challenging yet rewarding experiences for those who look to train in any given manner.

Tiffany Szeto

Physical Therapy Technician

Tiffany was born in Stockton and moved to Manteca in middle school. She has received her Bachelor of Science from UC Davis. She currently works 3 jobs, including a Certified EMT and a waitress. Her dream career is to become a Physical Therapist. Tiffany is an active gym goer and considers it a hobby. She also plays the ukulele, and puns are funnier than they should be.

Jordan Davis, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist | Facility manager

Jordan attended UCSF/SFSU for Physical Theraypy school, and graduated with her doctorate in May 2016. She strived to become a physical therapist since her junior year of high school, when she had her own injury while running and discovered she greatly enjoyed the atmosphere of being in the Physical Therapy clinic. This blossomed throughout undergraduated and graduate school and into a passion for and desire to focus her career on treating the neurological population. Within that realm she is experience most in treating patients with vestibular disorders, Parkinson’s, and those who are post-stroke.

Lisa Sifuentes

Lisa is a life long resident of the Central Valley, where she was born and raised. She has previous experience in working in customer relations and bookkeeping before taking time to raise her family. She now enjoys spending as much time as she can with her husband and grown children and two young grandchildren. Lisa loves to bake and decorate cakes and spend time with her three dogs when she is not with her family.

Thien Pham

Physical Therapy Technician

Thein graduated from San Francisco State University with a B.S. degree in Kinesiology: Neuromuscular Science, Thien has an affinity for giving back to the community and making an everlasting impact by helping patients build back up on their feet so they can continue to enjoy doing the meaningful things in life. As a high school wrestling assistant coach, he has passion for teaching great sportsmanship and technique, along with maximizing the physical, personal, and psychological development of each individual. Having prior experience as an aide, Thien enjoys educating our patients on using proper body mechanics to restore and maintain function, while preventing future injuries. He would like to pursue a career in the field of physical therapy and will be applying for a PT program in the future.
