For further wellness during and after your experience with us, each patient is instructed in a customized home and/or gym exercise program. Whether the injury is sports, work or everyday-life related, we feel that patient knowledge and independence is key to long-term wellbeing.
Our approach is holistic, hands-on and integrates education with instruction. Treatments consist of one-on-one time with the physical therapist followed by customized exercise instruction. A wide range of therapeutic practices is employed. This self-managed approach helps patients become more aware of their bodies and assists them in being an active, informed participant in the process of healing. This program can be useful in everyday exercise or work activity and can prevent injury and reduce pain.
