- What should I wear to therapy?
- Please wear gym or comfortable clothing which will allow accessibility to the area of the body to be treated, as well as comfortable and supportive shoes
- How can I get started?
- A referral is required from your physician with a recent date and diagnosis. Insurance information is required to ensure proper authorization and coverage verification. We make every attempt to schedule your initial appointment within 24-48 hours of your request. Proper insurance authorization is necessary to do so.
- What should I bring to my first visit?
- Arrive to your first appointment with your prescription, insurance card, any special test results and/or reports pertaining to your injury, and appropriate clothing which will allow access to the body part(s) being treated.
- How long are visits?
- Each visit is approximately 45 min to one hour in duration. Your initial visit will consist of a comprehensive evaluation and treatment.
- What type of insurance do you accept?
- We accept most forms of private insurance, Worker's Compensation Insurance, and Medicare. Please see our complete list of insurance carriers. Often, even if we are not "in network" with your private insurance carrier, we can deliver treatment in a very cost-effective manner. If your private insurance is not listed, please call our clinic for more information.
- How will my physician follow my progress?
- Your physician will be faxed an initial evaluation report, progress reports before your next doctor's appointment and a discharge report.

- Monday: 8:00 am - 6:30 pm
- Tuesday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Wednesday: 8:00 am - 6:30 pm
- Thursday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Can I be seen without a prescription?
- Yes, one can be evaluated and seen without a prescription, on a cash-pay basis.
